Here is the long story...
We got Madison a little potty a long time ago when she first showed a sign of maybe wanting to be potty trained which lasted about a day or so then nothing for a really long time. But we decided to not push her and wait for her to be ready as if she is not ready all of us are just gonna struggle and be frustrated and because we are not with her during the day it will be just pointless... Sometime in November she started to show some interests again so we talked about trying the "3 day potty training" method over the thanksgiving weekend. About a week before that we got Madison 7 pack princess undies from the World of Disney store to motivate her some more and she actually started going Osshiko(Pee) from that day and we didn't end up using the 3 day method but she never went Unchi(Poo) in her potty... THEN on Saturday after Thanksgiving we were visiting an outlet and while she was going Osshiko on a toilet the automatic flush went off on her and that really freaked her out:-( After that she got so scared every time she was anywhere near a toilet... That day she refused to go potty for about 7 hours until we finally got home and she decided our toilet would not scare her... You may not believe she was able to hold her pee for 7 hours but it is true... She was wearing a training pants and it was absolutely dry the whole time! I believe she was scared for about a week and a half and we had to put her back in diapers worried that she would never be potty trained... BUT then about two weeks before Christmas she decided to try again and even started to go Unchi(#2) on a potty which was HUGE! Right when Steve and Linda arrived she was really good about telling us when she needed to go and was pretty much 100% trained... And today her preschool told us that they also deem her potty trained and that we can begin expecting a little discount in our weekly rates starting next week...thanks Madison!!
If you are looking for a really good quality underwear you can get them at Disneyland! We got Madison a pack of 7 princess undies and they are kind of pricey but the quality is the best I've seen or felt... If you don't have Disneyland by you then ones from Baby Gap are pretty good too...:)
When she goes potty now she loves to read her Potty Book! I think you can really enjoy the videos if you have the books at home and knows the story line...

Yay for being potty trained! Lily also got (still gets) freaked out by the automatic flush potties, or even just the public toilets that have really LOUD flushes. She always asks me if it's going to be loud, and always wants to go wait in the hall before I flush, which is hard when it's an automatic one!
