Since Dave's Sport Management Master's Program started we've been living a bit more chaotic life... A lot more quality time alone with Madison for me and A lot of late nights for Dave... Right now Dave is doing internships with the LA Galaxy Promotions Department (professional soccer) and California State Long Beach working baseball games for the marketing department, so this past weekend was the first weekend where he had a game to work at every day. On Friday he had a baseball game to work at so he went straight to it after work and didn't get home until 8:00 or so, then because of weather they decided to move their Sunday game to Saturday and make a double header so Dave worked the first game instead of second game and was able to have the night off to spend with us, and Sunday was Dave's first LA Galaxy game to work at(Yay!) BUT it was super-crazy-stormy day and as you know soccer goes on in the rain... He got to bring two kids that walk with David Beckam and one other guy to the field and also got to choose three people to go down to the field at halftime and attempt to hit the crossbar with a kick in the pouring rain and then go on the field and run the promotion with other interns..:-) When he got home he was pretty wet, but because of the storm he got a free LA Galaxy rain coat...! Well he is pretty sure he can keep it...:-)
So yeah it has been crazy and tiring, but a fun few weeks here...P.S. Mad may be sick again...which would make for a fun next few weeks too!! :-(
During one of those long nights I thought Madison can practice her chopstick skills... Well I guess she was born with the chopstick skills! I just gave her her chopsticks and she went to work and succeeded in it:-) Take that G-pa&G-ma Klein!;-)

Alright, she may be just stubbing the cereal but she sure looks pro!

And did I tell you about Madison's new buddy? His name is Liam and he is about 2 months younger than Madison but she is looking like a giant AGAIN next to her new friend... Standing up they don't look that different in size so not sure why this is happening again...

This is the first time when she looked so giant next to her 2 months older friend, Harper...

We met at our Tuesday Story-time at the library two months ago and we've been having play dates ever since... They are working on their sharing issues but overall get along really well and moms are sure having a great time!

This was from last Saturday... How cute is she!? When I saw this really cute shirt at H&M I had to get it so Madison and I can be one of those matching clothes people...:-)

P.S. My family in Japan are safe:-) Please continue to pray for all the people that were effected by the Earthquake and Tsunami... Thank you very much!
Glad you and Madison have found some new friends to help pass the time while Dave is at the games. As far as the chopsticks are concerned, 2 things happen when Steve and I try to use them, 1) people tend to laugh at our lack of coordination 2) we lose weight, since 1/2 of the food never makes it to our mouths.(Not such a bad thing really) The expresssion "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" is so true.
