マディソン絵日記/Madison Iwai Says: マディソン、レッドソックスのゲ−ムに行くの巻き!/Madison goes to the Red Sox game!

初めてのプロ野球の試合をとても気に入ったマディソン...教会の友達が仕事で貰えるチケットを４枚貰ってデイブと私をレッドソックス対エンジェルズ戦に招待してくれました...：）しかもこのチケットはホームプレートから７列目そして入り口の直ぐそこに停められる無料駐車券付きのダイアモンドシートとすごい!!さっそくその高級感に甘やかされちゃったマディソン、これから自費で行く時にはそうはいかないんだけどね...：）
Madison loved her first ballgame...of course she is now forever spoiled when it comes to professional baseball games...some friends from church were gracious enough to get four tickets to the Red Sox/Angels game last night through their work and take us with them. The tickets were seven rows back behind home plate...it was awesome!! The tickets also came with paid parking ten feet from the gate...that was awesome too!!

レッドソックスのあるフェンウェイパークや他の古い野球場しか行った事が無い私達、このアナハイムエンジェルズの野球場はとてもモダンでした...。
Having only Fenway, the Old Shea Stadium and the Old Yankee Stadium as reference points, Anaheim Stadium was very...modern.

私達の座っていた席は特別メニューがあって席に座ったまま注文してウェイトレスが食べ物を持って来てくれました。そのメニューをクシャクシャして遊んでいるマディソン。

ラリーと言う猿がスクリーンに映る度に嬉しそうに指を指していたマディソン...
Madison loved pointing at the silly rally monkey the Angels kept putting on the big screen...

そして、エンジェルズのハンター選手がホームランを打って同点、アンドレ(エンジェルズのファン)は花火が見れて嬉しそう...
Then Torii Hunter hit a two run homer to tie the game and Andres was very happy he got to see fireworks...
