We're Heeerrrrreeeeee!!!/ついに到着〜!!!!!!

So we have officially been in Long Beach for one week now, but today is the first day it really feels like home because we got our internet and cable connection hooked-up!! It's not like we would have had time to use them earlier anyways as we have been working hard to set-up the apartment which includes Anna putting together plenty of Ikea's finest.
１週間前の今日ここに到着してもうあっという間に１週間が経ちました。でも今日が正式に１日目の気がするのは今日ヤットテレビのケーブルとインターネットの接続をする人が来てくれたから...この一週間は荷物の整頓やイケヤで買って来た家具の組み立て(アンナの役割)で大忙しだったから、テレビやインターネットがあっても使っている暇無かったんだけどね。

It is already hard to believe that it was exactly one week ago that Anna was completing our 20 hour drive from Jim and Alyson's by willing our poor vehicle over the mountains that guard Los Angeles...p.s. we have decided to fly everywhere we go after spending 60+ hours in the car in a one week span, but well worth it to visit the Idaho Kleins...
本当に１週間前のこの日に２０時間のドライブを終えてジムとアリソンの家から辿り着いたのが信じられない...１週間の間に６０時間も車の中で過ごした後には、もうどこにでも飛行機で行くぞーと決意した僕たち、でもアイダホの家族と少しでも一緒に過ごせてよかったです。

After obtaining our keys we were welcomed by the following view...
アぱートの鍵を貰った後、この景色が待っていました...

Then as the sunset, the mountains appeared...
日が落ちて来る頃に山が見えて来ました...

The view is definitely something pictures can't do justice too, and if you exit the other side of our building you are on the beach...so I guess you will all have to visit!
やっぱり写真だけではこの景色の良さが分からないかもしれないけど、このアパートの反対側から出れば砂浜はすぐそこ...みんな遊びに来ないともったいないよ〜！

In between our runs to Target and Ikea which are in the same shopping plaza 15minutes away, we were able to combine a shopping trip at Mitsuwa with a Japanese festival that they were holding in the parking lot...
アパートから１５分の所にある同じショッピングセンターにあるターゲットとイケヤに行く時はミツワへ買い物に行くんだけど、先週末は駐車場の一角で夏祭りがありました。
Anna was excited to show Madison one of her favorite carnival games...hook the balloon...
アンナの大好きなヨーヨー釣りがあったのでゲーム券を買っていざ挑戦...

Now that we are back on-line the posts shall come rocket fire...today as soon as Madison wakes up from her nap we are headed to walk to the Aquarium of the Pacific where we shall get a membership so we can visit whenever we want...it looks awesome...we will report back :-)
