A Developmental Milestone/成長記録

July 6th will go down as a very important day in the life of Madison Iwai Klein...it is the day she was introduced to the Slurpee!! Madison convinced me to take the 15 block journey to our "neighborhood" 7-11 and enjoy that icee, tasty treat for the first time all summer...I had Pina Coloda if you were wondering.

マディソンの人生の中で、７月６日は大事な日となります。今日、マディソンにスラーピーを紹介しました！（デイヴの大好きなセブンイレブンの飲み物。大丈夫！飲んでないから：−）マディソンに説得されて近所のセブンイレブンまで散歩がてら今年初めての冷たくておいしい飲み物をごちそうしました。



Perhaps Madison was missing her Mommy after the nice long weekend (or it was all the sugar from the slurpee...just kidding), because she did not want to sleep today...she instead thought it would be fun to see how loud she could scream and the answer is pretty loud...also she has learned how to make real tears...that is precious...and humorous...which is probably not the reaction I will always give to her real tears, but right now when you know you have met all her needs and she is just screaming away...the best is when she gets herself so worked up she gets out of breath or starts to gag and then goes right back at it...good stuff!! Now tomorrow she will get to test those lungs out for real as she goes for her vaccinations.

いつもより長い週末のせいでママを恋しがっていたのかマディソンは全然眠たそうにしていません！その代わりに面白いと思ったのかどのくらいうるさく泣きさけれるかと挑戦！その上本物の涙を出す事に成功！貴重なのか面白いのか、普通だったらこんな事思わないけどマディソンが満足してるはずなのに泣き叫んでるとね...思いっきり泣き叫んでいるからたまにむせちゃったりするんだよね。明日予防注射をするときどうなるんだろー？
