Baby food recipes to remember...

I figured this would be a good place to keep my recipes that I came up with for Madison and when our number 2 comes along I can easily locate and use them... If you have a baby at home feel free to try these recipes, Madison really enjoys them! I wanted to add pictures of these menus but not sure I will be making them again since Madison is eating more and more of what her daddy and mommy eat lately... Oh well!

3. Add onion and carrot in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add Rice to the pan and cook until the rice soaks up the water and becomes risotto like consistency.
5. Stir in diced chicken and breast milk/formula/milk. Stir and finish!

1. Saute Onion and combine bread crumbs and milk in a small ball. Discard extra milk that the bread crumbs didn't soak up.
2. Combine ground chicken, sauteed onion, bread crumb mixture and salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Make the meat mixture into small balls and brown outside with a bit of oil in a pan.
4. Start cooking carrots with 1/2 cup of water or more to just cover all the carrot pieces.
5. Transfer the meat balls into the carrot pan as they are browned. Once they are all in there add tomato sauce, chicken broth, bay leaves, and worcestershire sauce and cool for about 10 - 15 minutes.
