今日の日記を書く前に昨日の夜１０時半頃に起こった印象的な出来事を書かないと...マディソンの首の筋トレをしている時になんとお腹からゴロンと転がる事が！２階にいたアンナを呼んでカメラを装置...ビデオを撮り始めてから１分すぎそうな頃にあきらめかけてたらやったー!!またやってくれました！
Now to Day Trip number 2...we drove out to the middle of Long Island to visit the Deer Park Tanger Outlet Center. It is a beautiful shopping center modeled after an Italian village and it turned out to be a nice morning to walk around...just as we were leaving it began to rain.
そして日帰り旅行第２弾...ロングアイランドの真ん中にあるディアパークアウトレットに買い物に行ってきました。イタリアの町を真似た建築の綺麗な建物で外を歩くのに丁度良い天気...帰ろうとしてる時にちょうどパラパラと雨が降ってきました。
Anna was in the market for a new pair of shoes to run and play tennis in since she left her last pair out in the rain :-( and since Reebok was running my least favorite sale (buy 1 get 1 50% off) I got a matching pair!!
最近アンナの履いていた靴が雨で台無しになっちゃったので新しい靴が必要に...リーブックで良い靴を発見したので２人でお揃いのを買う事に...
When we got home there was a package from Uncle Jim, Aunt Alyson and Cousin Lily and inside is what is on top of Madison's head...little did Jim and Alyson know that Anna and I had already planned to send Lily a gift for no reason and have had it for a week, but have not gotten to the post office yet, but we wanted them to know we are not just giving a gift to Lily because they gave a gift to Madison we were planning on giving the gift before we knew they got the gift for Madison...you got it :-) and Madison says thanks...okay she only says, "kaaaa" and "gaaaaa" and "waaaaaaaa" but we know she means, "thanks."
買い物の後家に帰るとジムおじさん、アリソンおばさん、とリリーから荷物が届いてました。マディソンの頭の上に乗ってるのがそう：）アンナ達は１週間前ぐらいにリリーにプレゼントを買ってあったんだけどいつも通り郵便局に行きそびれていたからまだ家にあるんだよね。だから、リリーが最初に何か買ってくれたからマディソンが何か買ったんだと思われたくないんだけど...マディソンは今"あー"とか"キャー"とかぐらいしか話せないけど"ありがとう"って言いたいんだろーなー：）

I love how after Madison rolls over, she gives you a look like "Come on Dad, get a life!" But way to go Madison! Pretty soon she'll be rolling all over the house!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Madison likes her Hello Kitty. I couldn't remember if her room was zebra or leopard, but I thought it was leopard.
Yep...you nailed it!! Her room is leopard, but our bedroom is zebra...so it goes great!! Thanks.

Hilarious! Very astute observation James...it must be all those animal flashcards are rubbing off...thanks for checking it out...I can't believe how excited I got at her just falling over...it must have been incredible when you saw Lily take her first steps!!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like Anna has taken on the role of merciless personal trainer for Madison. Glad she made it onto her back! What a strong girl. So is she going to represent Japan or the US in belly-back rolling in London,2012?
